How to Measure Yourself

Use a measuring tape and measure around the following areas.

Measure around the fullest part of your chest.

Measure around your natural waistline, above the belly button.

Measure from the inside of your leg (crotch) down to your ankle.

Measure while standing straight and keep the tape comfortably snug, not tight.
