Exchange & Return Policy
At Classic Scrub, we want you to love what you purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
By placing an order with Classic Scrub, you agree to the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange (7 Days)
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
The product has original packaging, tags, and labels intact
You have proof of purchase (order number / receipt)
The item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect
You want a size exchange (subject to availability)
Requests after 7 days will not be accepted.
2. Items That Are Not Eligible
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Used, washed, or altered items
Items without original tags/packaging
Products purchased on clearance / final sale (if mentioned)
Damage caused due to misuse or improper handling
Requests made after the 7-day window
3. Exchange Policy (Size / Item Exchange)
If you want to exchange your product for another size or item:
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days
Product must meet eligibility requirements (unused, tags intact)
Exchange is subject to product availability
If your desired size/item is unavailable, you may choose:
Another item of equal value
Store credit
Refund (only if applicable under our refund terms)
4. Refund Policy
Refunds apply only in the following cases:
You received a wrong item
You received a damaged/defective product
The item is out of stock after you’ve paid
The order was canceled before shipment (if applicable)
Refund Method:
If paid via online payment, refunds will be processed to your original method (or bank transfer where applicable).
If paid via Cash on Delivery, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
Refund processing time: 7–10 business days after approval.
5. Return Shipping & Delivery Charges
If the mistake is from our side (wrong/damaged item):
Classic Scrub will cover return shipping.
If return/exchange is due to change of mind or size issue:
Customer will be responsible for shipping costs (both sides).
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
6. How to Request a Return / Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:

Product photos (if damaged/wrong item)

7. Return Inspection & Approval
Once the item is returned:
Our team will inspect the product.
If approved, your exchange/refund will be processed.
If the product fails inspection, it will be sent back to you.
8. Important Notes
Return/exchange approval depends on product condition.
Classic Scrub reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet the policy terms.
Exchange delivery time may vary depending on location and stock availability.
