At Classic Scrub, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. This Order Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which you can cancel your order and how cancellations are handled.

By placing an order with Classic Scrub, you agree to this policy.

1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)

You can request to cancel your order before it has been shipped/dispatched.

Provide your Order Number and Reason for Cancellation.

If your order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and process your refund (if applicable).

2. Order Cancellation (After Shipment / Dispatch)

Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the courier, it cannot be canceled.

In such cases, you may:

Accept the order and request a return/exchange (if eligible), OR

Refuse delivery (only where applicable)

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

If your order is canceled successfully (before shipment), refunds are processed as follows:

a) Online Payment Orders

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (or bank transfer if needed).

Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval.

b) Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Since no payment was made, no refund is required.

However, repeated COD cancellations may result in restrictions on future orders.

4. Refused Deliveries / Non-Delivery

If you refuse delivery without a valid reason or fail to receive the order:

The order may be marked as unclaimed

You may be charged return shipping fees

Classic Scrub reserves the right to:

Restrict future Cash on Delivery orders

Require advance payment for future orders

 

Valid reasons include: damaged package at arrival, wrong product delivered, etc.

5. Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

The following orders may not be eligible for cancellation:

Orders already shipped/dispatched

Special/custom orders (if applicable)

Bulk orders (if applicable)

Orders with confirmed delivery attempts by courier

6. Policy Updates

Classic Scrub reserves the right to change or update this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
